I have dreamed of making these wooden palettes for a long time now. I get so much pleasure using tools and materials that inspire me while I work. These palettes are designed to be just that.
Each a unique work of art sealed with 4 coats of tung oil to repel water and clean easily.
Wood: cherry
Paint Wells: 9, .75” diameter (17 mm)
Dimensions: 8.5 x 3x .75”
Pouch: gold and purple leaf
the tung oil is cured but may still have a little varnish odor upon opening. The smell dissipates with time. If you are sensitive to varnish smells you may need to let it air out a little longer before using. I will happily re-apply the tung oil when needed. I don’t believe that will be necessary for some time, but want to offer that as a guarantee for your palette to last for many many years to come.
